To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail how the money collected from (i) parking fines; and (ii) speeding fines, are allocated.

Revised Answer:

(i) Revenue from parking fines is factored into the Department’s annual budget requirement and supports the delivery of essential enforcement and parking related services.

(ii) My Department has no responsibility for the issue or collection of speeding fines which are issued by the PSNI.
