To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail any assessment her Department has made of the impact of Northern Ireland’s personal injury compensation framework, on the cost of motor insurance premiums.

My Department has no direct legislative influence over the prices set by insurance companies, which fall under Financial Conduct Authority regulation.
