Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities whether a funding call was issued to all councils before allocating £135,000 towards festive lighting, in the Mid & East Antrim Borough Council area.

Answer:

It is for individual Councils, working in partnership with Development Offices, to identify their priorities for town centre regeneration funding and submit applications. Therefore, no funding call was made or was necessary as Councils can make applications at any point of the year.
