Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities whether the reporting commitments contained in the Partnership Agreement with the Community and Voluntary Sector, will provide details from every Executive Department, setting out how they are delivering the Fair Funding arrangements.

Answer:

The process for evaluating the implementation of the Partnership Agreement, including the Fair Funding Principles, is currently being developed by the Joint Forum’s Evaluation Working Group. While annual reports are expected to draw on contributions from Executive Departments, local government, and the Voluntary and Community Sector, the scope of reporting in the first year has not yet been agreed. This reflects the ongoing work by the Joint Forum to raise awareness of the Partnership Agreement, promote shared understanding, and establish the evaluation framework. The scope of the first annual report will be confirmed once the Evaluation Working Group has completed its work.
