To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, pursuant to AQW 33735/22-27, whether this is a review of the operation of existing permits or whether she is exploring the effectiveness of Section 10B permits, compared to other permits operated in GB.

Answer:

The review is looking at the operation of the existing permits processes, and will identify any potential changes which may be made to the current system. My Officials will shortly be providing me with a full report on their findings.
