To ask the Minister of Education to detail who is responsible for decisions regarding the removal of materials on his Department’s website.

Answer:

Material is removed, published or revised on the Department’s website on request from business areas.

Business areas within the Department must periodically review the content on their respective sections of the website to ensure it remains accurate, current, and accessible, including any materials classified as historical. Each business area is responsible for deciding whether reviewed material should be retained or removed and for submitting the appropriate request.
