To ask the Minister for Communities to detail (i) whether he will provide copies of any written communications between Hospitality Ulster and his Department, including those sent (a) directly to him; (b) to his Private Office; (c) to any person working in his Department; and (d) to his Special Advisor, with respect to the University of Stirling’s Independent Review of the Liquor Licensing system in Northern Ireland including the Surrender Principle; and (ii) their subsequent recommendations.
