To ask the Minister for Communities to detail (i) the proposed governance structure for the New Foundations Pilot Programme; and (ii) any (a) community; and (b) voluntary sector, organisations that will be involved in the programme.

Answer:

This issue is an operational matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. I have sought the requested information from the Chief Executive, who has advised me as follows:

“The governance arrangements for the New Foundations programme are currently under development and, subject to approval, will incorporate consideration of appropriate community and voluntary sector involvement.”
