To ask the Minister of Health to detail any oversight his Department has of care providers who employ Health and Care Worker visa holders, including any inspection or compliance measures specific to sponsored workers.

Responsibility for any oversight of Health and Care Worker visa holders’ rests with the home care providers, as the employer, and the Home Office.
