To ask the Minister for Communities to detail the amount of funding allocated to the Housing Executive for providing services when the Severe Weather Emergency Protocol is triggered, in each of the last five years.

This issue is an operational matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. I have sought the requested information from the Chief Executive, who has advised me as follows: “The Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) is managed within the Strategic Prevention annual budget that forms part of the Homeless programme.
