To ask the Minister for Communities to detail how the £200,000 allocated to Newtownards Library, announced in his statement to the Assembly on 2 June 2025, has been used.

Answer:

To date whilst there has been no capital spend pending the necessary approvals for the business case, there has been £55k in resource expenditure on professional fees, which includes design costs.
