To ask the Minister of Education whether he intends to review the current questionnaire used by schools for monitoring the community background of staff.

Answer:

There is no proposal to review the current questionnaire used by schools for monitoring the community background of staff as the questionnaire has been agreed with the Equality Commission and is in use for all categories of staff. It is also based on the standard monitoring questionnaire used by all public sector employers in Northern Ireland.
