To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail whether, since April 2024, the deputy First Minister has made any formal declaration of interest in relation to her spouse’s position as Chief Executive of the Education Authority, when participating in Executive discussions or decisions concerning the Education Authority.

Answer:

The deputy First Minister declared an interest in relation to her spouse’s position as Chief Executive of the Education Authority during a discussion on the Education Authority’s budget at the Executive meeting held on 16 October 2025.
