To ask the Minister of Health, pursuant to AQW 37095/22-27, to detail the places where these high risk maintenance works are required.

The places where high risk maintenance works are required are listed in the table below. It should be noted that the Trusts have confirmed that where facilities remain occupied whilst requiring high risk backlog maintenance, they continue to manage the risks associated with same, introducing mitigation measures where appropriate allowing the facilities to be assessed as remaining in a safe state to support service delivery.
