Question:
To ask the Minister of Health to detail any steps being taken to ensure that (i) individuals do not lose their domiciliary care package following hospital admission; and (ii) care can be reinstated promptly on discharge.


Answer:
Earmarked funding is provided for previous Executive commitments, such as Flagship Projects and City and Growth Deals.
In addition, my draft Budget proposes some earmarked allocations for Programme for Government (PfG) priorities. It is anticipated that departments will also use a proportion of their non-earmarked, or general, budget towards PfG priorities.
The York Street Interchange does not fall into the category of a previous Executive commitment.
