To ask the Minister for Communities to detail any underspend in the Housing for All Shared Housing Programme, since its transfer to the Housing Executive.

Answer:

This issue is an operational matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.

I have sought the requested information from the Chief Executive, who has advised me as follows:

“There has been no underspend of Housing for All shared housing programme budget since the programme transferred to the Housing Executive.”
