To ask the Minister of Health to detail the number of judicial reviews that are ongoing regarding patients currently residing at the Iveagh Centre.
Answer:
Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (BHSCT): The Belfast HSC Trust has one Judicial Review ongoing related to a patient currently residing at the Iveagh Centre. Northern Health and Social Care Trust (NHSCT): The Northern HSC Trust has no ongoing Judicial Reviews related to patients currently residing at the Iveagh Centre. South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust (SEHSCT): Within the South Eastern HSC Trust there is currently one active Judicial Review ongoing relating to a delayed discharge in Iveagh Inpatients Hospital. Southern Health and Social Care Trust (SHSCT): The Southern HSC Trust have not been subject of any Judicial Review proceedings relating to Iveagh. Western Health and Social Care Trust (WHSCT): The Western HSC Trust does not hold any recorded Judicial Review cases, that are ongoing regarding patients currently residing at the Iveagh Centre.
