To ask the Minister for Infrastructure for an update on her planning decision on the Hightown Incinerator.

Answer:

The applicant has informed my officials of their intention to submitted further information to address issues raised by statutory consultees following a consultation exercise which was completed in autumn 2025. Once this information is received, further re-consultation and re-advertisement will be undertaken by my planning officials as part of the statutory process.
