To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 37562/22-27, to detail when it is anticipated that the site will be on the open market for sale.

Answer:

The EA appointed estate agent is currently undertaking the preparatory work required to bring the site to market. It is expected that the property will be advertised for sale on the open market within the next 3–4 weeks.
