Question:
To ask the Minister of Finance to detail any financial support he will put in place for businesses whose premises were flooded due to Storm Chandra.

Answer:

In terms of support from my Department, prior support through the rating system has been made available for flooding in previous occurrences and an assessment can be conducted in relation to the need for similar circumstances by my Department should this be required.

Any wider package of support is a matter for the Executive to agree. Following that process previously, flood support was administered by the Department for Economy.
