Question:
To ask the Minister of Education for an update on the business case relating to Glencraig Integrated Primary School's capital enhancement works.

Answer:

Glencraig Integrated Primary School was announced in January 2020 under the School Enhancement Programme (SEP). The project is being managed by the Education Authority (EA).

The business case is well developed and is currently with the EA for revision following an initial review by my department’s Economists. Once approved, the SEP project will move to RIBA Stage 2 (Scheme Design).

Funding is available to progress SEP projects through the design stages to pre-tender. A decision to release projects to tender for a contractor will be taken on a case-by-case basis, dependent on budget availability at that time.
