Question:
To ask the Minister of Finance to detail the reason why the evidence-based rates reductions applied to draft NI Reval2026 outcomes, for businesses affected by flooding, will not be carried over into the revised rates bill for these businesses.

Answer:

As the Member will be aware, I announced on 29 January that I was stopping the Reval 2026 process.

The Net Annual Values shown in the draft Reval2026 list cannot be carried over because Reval2026 has been stopped.
