To ask the Minister for the Economy to detail any discussions she has had with Royal Mail about late and missing post deliveries, given the impact on businesses, government services and the wider public.

Postal services are a reserved matter, with Ofcom responsible for regulating the postal industry in the north of Ireland. Under Ofcom’s regulatory framework, postal operators - including Royal Mail - are required to have a clear and accessible complaints procedure for consumers.
