To ask the Minister of Education for an update on the rollout of Solution Focused Hubs, as part of Pathway One provision.

Answer:

The Education Authority (EA) has advised:

Solution Focused Hubs are currently offered to schools as part of the Local IMPACT Team programme of offer at Pathway 1. Early Years settings can also access a Hub through the Advice and Guidance lines (pre Request for Involvement) or following a setting meeting.

From early March 2026, Hubs will also be offered to schools for children and young people with more than one area of special educational need who have accessed Pathways 2 or 3 support, and who would benefit from a multi-specialist approach.
