To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs for an update on the Dilapidation Bill.

Answer:

The Dilapidation Bill is currently in Committee Stage, which has been extended to 15 May 2026 to allow the AERA Committee adequate time to scrutinise the Bill.

Oral evidence sessions concluded on 22 January 2026 and the Committee has now begun its deliberations.
