To ask the Minister for Communities to detail the current status of the cladding of Ravenhill Reach.

Answer:

Confirmation was received from the managing agent that Ravenhill Reach does not have non-aluminium composite material or other cladding that may need to be removed on grounds of safety. For this reason, no application to the Northern Ireland Cladding Safety Scheme will be forthcoming.
