Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to detail any actions available to his Department where monitoring shows that housing or homelessness strategies are not delivering improved outcomes for families.

Answer:
The Housing Supply Strategy is being implemented through a series of short-term Action Plans. Each Plan will be subject to regular review with reports published which track progress against defined measures. Progress against Strategy indicators will also be reviewed at the end of each Action Plan period which will help inform the development of actions in subsequent Plans.
The Homelessness Strategy is delivered via Annual Action Plans. Progress is reviewed each year enabling the Housing Executive to adjust their Action Plans as needed.
