Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to detail how frequently his Department reviews housing and homelessness strategies, to assess whether they remain effective in light of changing housing market conditions.

Answer:

A strategic review of the Housing Supply Strategy will be carried out every five years. Progress reports on the delivery of agreed Strategy Action Plans will also be undertaken annually.

The Housing (NI) Order 1988 requires the Housing Executive to publish a new homelessness strategy every five years.
