To ask the Minister of Health to detail any advice his Department has provided to other departments and agencies arising from the September 2025 joint unions' report Good ventilation in schools and colleges and how to achieve it.

Answer:

My Department has not provided any advice on these matters. Responsibility for workplace health and safety and minimum standards for ventilation in buildings resides with the Department for Economy and Department of Finance respectively.
