Question:
To ask the Minister of Health to detail any advice his Department has given to other departments concerning (i) a collective approach towards workplace ventilation audits; (ii) monitoring carbon dioxide levels in workplaces; and (iii) putting measures in place to improve ventilation, since the restoration of the Executive in February 2024.

Answer:

My Department has not provided any advice on these matters. Responsibility for workplace health and safety and minimum standards for ventilation in buildings resides with the Department for Economy and Department of Finance respectively.
