Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail any consideration she has given to introducing (i) speed humps; (ii) or any other intervention, to reduce speeding along Queensfort Park South, South Belfast.

Answer:

Regrettably when assessed against competing priorities, the provision of traffic calming measures at Queensfort Park South did not score highly enough for inclusion in a works programme. The scheme will be kept on the list should further funding become available

Details of the schemes being taken forwarded are included in my Department’s annual report to council.

Concerns with regard to driving behaviours, including speeding, should be reported to the PSNI on their 101 number.
