To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail (i) the number of fines issued; and (ii) the total amount fined, in relation to marine licensing, in each of the last three years.

Answer:

Two fines have been issued in relation to marine licensing in the last three years. Both were in 2023 for £1388.00 and £1124.50, totalling £2,512.50. There were no fines issued in 2024 and 2025.
