To ask the Minister for the Economy to detail any benefits that sectoral plans can deliver in driving economic growth in Northern Ireland.

Answer:

My Department’s 3-year Sectoral Action Plans signal clarity of ambition and a pathway to build upon our commercial, innovative and research strengths – through a suite of interventions spanning my department that will drive technological adoption, business investment, collaboration and internationalisation.

I will be publishing a mid-point update on the sectoral plans soon, which will highlight delivery and impact to date.
