Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to detail any data sharing agreements that exist between his Department and the Victims Payment Board, to ensure information provided for the purposes of Personal Independence Payment applications does not have to be provided again for the purposes of applying for the Troubles Permanent Disablement Payment Scheme.

Answer:
My Department has a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) with the Victims’ Payments Board in relation to Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (IIDB) claims. This DSA does not include the information provided during a Personal Independence Payment application.
