To ask the Minister for the Economy to detail any role the Good Jobs Employment Rights Bill will have in amending the role of recruitment agencies.

Answer:

My Good Jobs Employment Bill does not include any direct amendments to the role of recruitment agencies.

However, many of the provisions within the Bill will apply to recruitment agencies as they do to other employers.
