To ask the Minister for Infrastructure for an update on the review of the accessible parking bay road markings outside Boots chemist on Regent Street, Newtownards.

The Department is currently undertaking a review of the accessible parking bay road markings outside Boots chemist on Regent Street, Newtownards in line with relevant legislation.

Once this review has been completed, a work order will be issued to refresh the road markings as part of the scheduled maintenance programme. Should any further adjustments be necessary, these will be implemented subject to the availability of resources, with the aim of ensuring the space remains compliant with accessibility and legislative requirements.
