To ask the Minister of Finance whether any of the funding arising from the Chancellor's Spring Statement will be allocated to fund pressures in special educational needs services.

Answer:

The Spring Forecast provided the Executive with Barnett Consequentials £387.2 million across the budget period 2026-27 to 2029/30.

Barnett consequentials are not hypothecated and it is for the Executive to determine how to allocate this funding.
