To ask the Minister of Health whether his Department has provided any guidance to the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service in relation to electric vehicle fires.

Answer:

Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service develops its procedures in line with National Fire Chiefs Council National Operational Guidance and is currently finalising dedicated guidance for managing electric vehicle related incidents.
