To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 39193/22-27, whether his Department has reviewed the impact of the in-school provision available through the Graduated Response Framework and the Local Impact Teams.

The Education Authority (EA) has advised that:

The Local Impact Team model is still in its initial stages of development and the EA has focused on putting the core foundations in place, including consistent processes, clearer referral pathways and stronger coordination of early support across all areas.

This phase is enabling the EA to learn from practice and actively gather feedback from schools and families, which is being used to adjust and strengthen how support is delivered. The model will continue to be refined and embedded as development progresses.
