Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to detail whether he (i) will provide copies of any (a) emails; and (b) minutes of meetings held by him, or his departmental officials, in respect of Developer Contributions; and (ii) has sought an exemption from Developer Contributions for housing associations building homes using the Housing Association Grant.

Answer:

There have been no meetings held by me or my Departmental Officials in relation to the recent announcement on Developer Contributions.

It is my understanding from the Department for Infrastructure’s recent announcement that Developer Contributions are to be voluntary. I have not sought an exemption from Developer Contributions for housing associations building homes using the Housing Association Grant.
