Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to detail the reason why he has not released grant funding for voluntary and community services organisations delivering homelessness prevention and support services for quarter one of the 2026-2027 financial year.

Answer:

In the absence of an agreed budget I have made an initial allocation to the Housing Executive and other ALBs to allow for the continuation of vital services and provide a level of budget certainty for the first three months of 2026/27.
