Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure (i) for an update on the future pedestrian crossing on the Prince Charles Way roundabout; and (ii) whether it is projected for installation in the 2026-27 financial year.

Answer:

Officials are currently considering the 2026/27 programme of works, details of which will be included in my Department’s 2026/27 annual report to Council. Programmes cannot be finalised until such times as budgets are confirmed.

Once budgets have been confirmed and programmes finalised, I will be in a better position to advise on the pedestrian crossing at the Prince Charles Way roundabout.
