To ask the Minister of Education to detail any alternative provisions being put in place, should special school summer schemes not go ahead this year.

Answer:

Following my direction, officials in the Education Authority liaised with the Department of Health and concerns regarding on-site nursing provision to support the safe running of Special School Summer Schemes for 2026 have now been addressed.
