Question:
To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail any budget allocated to the (i) Local Change Fund; and (ii) Regional Change Fund, through the Ending Violence Against Women and Girls Delivery Plan 2026–2028.

Answer:

As reflected in the second Delivery Plan, which was launched on 21 April 2026, we intend to continue funding the Change Fund through to March 2028. The budget for April 2026 onwards is still subject to Executive approval, therefore no funding has been allocated as yet to the Local Change Fund. In relation to the Regional Change Fund, business continuity arrangements have been put in place to extend current activity until June 2026. This allows for a proportional allocation of £50,000 available via Belfast City Council for each Regional Delivery Organisation.
