To ask the Minister for Communities whether he will provide a copy of his Department's Fair Funding Principles that underpin any grant funding arrangements with Voluntary and Community Groups funded directly by his Department, or through any arm's-length bodies that are within the responsibility of his Department.

Answer:

My Department does not have its own set of Fair Funding Principles. All Departments are working to the Fair Funding Principles as set out in the Partnership Agreement and endorsed by the Executive.
