Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities for an update on the development of the Warm Healthy Homes Fund.

Answer:

My officials are currently working at pace to finalise the detailed design of the Warm Healthy Homes Fund, including new eligibility criteria, energy efficiency measures and delivery arrangements. As part of this process, I intend to launch a public consultation on the proposed elements of the Fund’s design in the coming weeks with responses informing the final policy decisions and the development of supporting secondary legislation.

Subject to the outcome of the consultation and the availability of funding through the Budget process, I remain committed to launching the Fund in early 2027.
