To ask the Minister of Education whether his Department's policy for taking ownership of investigations after whistleblowing reports in the education sector is currently under review.

Answer:

The Department’s arrangements for managing concerns raised are outlined within the Department for Education Raising a Concern policy. This policy will be kept under review and updated as required in line with NICS Raising a Concern

Framework and Departmental requirements.
