To ask the Minister for the Economy to detail any engagement she has had with the UK Government in relation to its ongoing consultation, Make Work Pay: misuse of non-disclosure agreements.

Officials in my Department engage regularly with counterparts across the range of policy areas being taken forward in Britain, including consultation on the misuse of non-disclosure agreements, with a view to considering future options for this jurisdiction.
