Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities for an update on his Department's work to assist Clifton Street Surgery in securing space at the Girdwood site for relocation of the GP practice.

Answer:

My officials have continued to engage with Belfast City Council on the future of the Girdwood MixedUse site. This work is aimed at exploring options for a comprehensive, communityfocused redevelopment of the site, aligned with wider regeneration objectives. Discussions with Belfast City Council as a potential regeneration partner remain ongoing.
