Question:
To ask the Minister for the Economy, pursuant to AQW 43800/22-27, whether the stakeholder working group has considered an update to health and safety legislation, to include protection during extreme weather threats while commuting to and from the workplace.

I am awaiting the report from the working group. Some of the issues may be beyond the remit of my Department and will require cross-Departmental working.
